Easy Chicken Piccata

I tried this recipe last week and it was a hit! It was a VERY simple recipe.

For the side, I sautéed some veggies in a little olive oil, garlic salt and chicken broth. I added them to pasta and squeezed in some fresh lemon for added flavor.

The only person’s opinion that matters is your own. Set goals for yourself, and go get them. You create and become what you envision. Dream big…..it’s not too late!
