We tried this recipe off Pinterest, and it was a hit! I got these donut pans on Amazon. (affiliate link) They are non-stick and easy to use. These donuts are ready in less than 30 minutes and my 10 year old made them by herself!
- Chocolate Cake Mix
- One Can of Pumpkin (15 oz)
- Chocolate Frosting
- Optional- Sprinkles
Preheat oven to 425. Spray the pans with non-stick spray and set aside.
Stir together the cake mix (just the dry mix) and pumpkin until smooth. Transfer batter to a gallon sized bag. Cut a small hole in the bottom corner and fill each donut ring to almost full with the batter.
Bake for 7-8 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack. Frost when cool. Sprinkles are optional. Enjoy! They are super yummy and a little healthier than fried donuts:)
