My chiropractor recommended this vitamin C for the whole family. With cold season upon us, I highly recommend it! If we start using a little more at the sign of a cold, it helps knock it out quickly! Directions are on the container. Obviously, phone your doctor if you have questions on amounts.

You just add the powder to water and it tastes like lemonade. Easy to take.
